Our Schwinn bikes set the stage for an adrenaline-pumping experience that combines cardio endurance with upper body strength intervals. Led by our dynamic instructors, each 50-minute session is carefully crafted to challenge your limits and push you to new heights. Light dumbbells and a towel are required for this invigorating workout, and clip-in cycle shoes are optional for those seeking the ultimate ride.

ARE GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED FOR PILATES CLASSES?
Yes. Grip socks are mandatory for Pilates Reformer classes. Bring your own or purchase at the Spa front desk.
DO YOU OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING?
Certainly! Our trainers provide private sessions in personal training, Pilates, Yoga and Ballroom Dance. Please reach out to our Fitness team for more details.
DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL CLASSES FOR EVENTS?
Yes. We offer classes specialized for your event: Bridal Bootcamp, Ballroom lessons, meditation sound bath, and more. Contact Fitness to learn more.

I'M NEW TO PILATES REFORMER. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
A minimum of 5 beginner Pilates Reformer classes before progressing to regular classes. For further personalized training needs, consider private sessions.
IS THERE A FEE TO RESERVE A STUDIO?
Studio reservations are complimentary for members.
MAY I USE THE PILATES REFORMERS OUTSIDE OF CLASSES OR PRIVATE TRAINING?
No. Your safety is our priority. All members must have a trainer present to use the Pilates reformer studio.
