Start your morning with this well-rounded, low-impact class designed to support recovery, mobility, and long-term strength. Active Recovery blends myofascial release (please bring a foam roller if you have one), core and strength essentials, bodyweight movement, balance training, and longevity-focused activation. This class is ideal for all fitness levels and focuses on enhancing mobility, improving posture, and supporting healthy aging through mindful, integrated movement.
