With three years of dedicated Pilates practice, Sarah has developed a deep appreciation for mindful movement, core strength, and body alignment. What began as a passion for personal wellness has evolved into a commitment to helping others move with purpose and confidence.
As of July 30th, 2025, Sarah is a certified Pilates instructor, blending classical technique with a modern approach to functional fitness. She is also expanding her expertise through the NASM Small Group Training program, with the goal of creating dynamic, inclusive workouts that empower people of all fitness levels.
Her mission is to foster a supportive environment where movement feels good, goals feel achievable, and progress feels personal.
