Guided by his chef father, Mario's love for diverse cuisines grew, leading him on a quest to perfect dishes from around the world. After 25 years of culinary excellence in renowned Las Vegas kitchen. Mario now graces The Stirling Club as our Executive Chef. His partner in culinary brilliance is Javier Hernandez, the esteemed Executive Sous Chef, whose mastery of the Coastal Mexican Zarandeado method brings unique flavors to our menu.

Together, Chef Mario and Chef Javier form a culinary dream team, curating extraordinary dishes at The Stirling Club. Mario's fearless exploration of flavors and Javier's cultural influence culminate in culinary delights like our beloved Grilled Sea Bass--a must-try dish for an unforgettable dining experience.
