Mario now graces The Stirling Club as our Executive Chef. His partner in culinary brilliance is Javier Hernandez, the esteemed Executive Sous Chef, whose mastery of the Coastal Mexican Zarandeado method brings unique flavors to our menu.

Together, Chef Mario and Chef Javier form a culinary dream team, curating extraordinary dishes at The Stirling Club.
